What about me?

I've looked at your solution and am not sure this is my issue...

The owner is listed as John Henderson/server name/company/US. I clicked 'change', then found myself in the corporate directory and re-selected myself with no change.

My company uses 8.0.2... I have upgraded my own client to 8.5 - could the server not yet support this option yet?

Could it be an admin issue?

Could it be something missing from Notes.ini?
